Competency Mapping: Competency mapping- procedures and steps, methods of data collection for mapping, developing competency models from raw data.

Recruitment & Recruitment Techniques: Nature of hiring: regular, temporary, Internal Hiring: meaning & definition of internal recruitment. Sources of internal recruitment: circulars, intranet, employee referrals. Appointment or promotion. External hiring: meaning & definition of external recruitment, sources of external recruitment.
